Booking Conditions

To Make A Booking: Please return the enclosed booking form together with your deposit of $300 per person to Aegeantours.

Special Conditions: Tour cost is based on a minimum number of participants required to enable operation of this tour.
Because it is our policy to run excellent value tours and negotiate all tour prices well in advance, sometimes it is beyond our control to make small adjustments on tour costs without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as fluctuation in exchange rates and other.

NOTE: Programs are subject to minor alteration in the sequence of the tour to accommodate flight connections, etc., the order of countries or tours in each country may change.

Balance: The balance owing must be paid no later than 90 days prior to the tour departure from Australia. It is the responsibility of passengers to ensure full payment is made by the due dates. No reservation can be accepter as a firm booking, unless the appropriate deposit or payment in full is received by Aegeantours.

Single Room Supplement: While the operator will endeavour to arrange a compatible matching, this exercise is not always possible. Singles therefore are reminded that single room supplement must be paid if traveling alone.

Payment: All payments should be made payable to Aegeantours.

NOTE: Due to the non insubstantial impositions by credit card principals of penalty amounts – credit card payments are now subject to a varying fee.

Amendment Fees: Any amendment made to a confirm tour or itinerary will be subject to an amendment fee of $50 per person. Amendments may only be made not less than 45 days prior to tour departure, subject to availability, otherwise full cancellation fees will apply

Vouchers: Ticket vouchers and exchange orders are issued and accepted by the passenger subject to the principals’ terms and conditions.


Health & Insurance: It is compulsory for all travelers to be in good physical and mental health. It is also a condition of our trip/tours confirmation that each passenger must obtain an appropriate travel insurance which covers him/her for the duration of the tour, in case of medical injury. Illness, death, loss of language, personal items, cancellations and curtailment.

Cancellation fees: Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to Aegeantours. If it becomes necessary for you to cancel your tour the following cancellation charges will apply.
• More than 90 day $100 per person
• Between 90 days – 60 days 50% of tour price
• Less than 60 days- No refund of tour price

Refund: There will be no refunds or exchanges for any unused services once travel has commenced. *The tour operator has done all it can to ensure that it’s brochures are accurate but it cannot accept any liability for any inaccuracy in, or departure from, what is described in the relevant brochure. No monetary or other allowance can be made where a passenger departs from the itinerary or does not utilize any of the services described in a brochure, or special tour itinerary. *The operator has the right to vary or cancel a tour or to refuse to accept, or to remove a person from a tour without being obliged to give any reason and without being responsible for any liability to make a refund or loss or damage arising from such action.

Travel Documents: All passengers are required valid passport. Please ensure your passport will be valid to cover the duration of your trip with sufficient validity to cover the period of six months from date of departure.

Visa Details: Visa is not required for Australian passport holders to enter most countries, please check with Aegeantours

Responsibilities: Aegeantours (which expression shall for the purpose of these conditions include and subsidiary affiliate of associated company) acts only as agents for the hotels, airlines, bus or car companies, railroads, steamships lines, or owners or contractors providing accommodation, transportation or other services and all coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contracts and tickets, issued by Aegeantours are issued subject to any and all tariffs terms and conditions under which any accommodation, transportation or any other services whatsoever are provided by such hotels, airlines, bus or car companies, roads steamship lines or owners or contractors. Aegeantours shall not be liable or responsible for death of or injury to any person or loss or damage to any property or otherwise (including baggage) whether due to its or its servants agents or employees negligence or otherwise arising out of or in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other or resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, danger incident to the sea, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of governments or other authorities, de jure or defacto wars whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, delays or cancellations of or changes in itinerary or schedules or overbookings or default, or from any causes beyond Aegeantours control or through acts of or defaults of the hotels, airlines, bus or car companies, railroads,
steamships lines or owners or contractors or for any loss or damage, resulting from improper or insufficient passports, visas or other document and that neither Aegeantours or its servants agents or employees shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expense or liability sustained or incurred by the tour members as a result of any of the foregoing causes. All prices quoted are subject to change without notice having regard to unforeseen circumstances, foreign exchange fluctuations and variations in airline operating costs including, but not limited to say, an escalation of fuel prices. Unused services cannot be refunded or exchanged. Aegeantours reserves the right to cancel the tour and/or modify the itineraries in any way it thinks desirable and further reserves the right to decline to accept any person on any tour and may substitute hotels where necessary.
The issuance and acceptance or receipts, tickets, vouchers, coupons for travel orders shall be deemed consent to the above conditions.
